Winning Tactics for Mental and Emotional and Care and Love of Animals

For centuries, dogs have been referred to as man’s best friend. Over time, more and more animals are receiving a place of closeness with humans. While some people keep pets or seek to domestic more animals besides cats and dogs because they are beautiful, can serve security purposes studies show that pets and domesticated animals play a greater role than this. One of the main areas has been the emotional well-being of individuals. It has been observed that many people have better chances of handling emotional-provoking issues and recover faster from anxiety, depression, stress, or tension. Spending time playing with a pet or just getting to an animal orphanage provides a mental and emotional detox avenue. Many single/alone people have found solace and beaten loneliness through regular interactions with animals.

These were the observations and comments of Jayesh Saini of Nairobi as he explained why he supports various bodies that deal with animals including the Kenya Society for the Protection and Care of Animals (KSPCA), Nairobi, The Voice of Stray Dogs (VOSD), India and Four Paws International Ltd. He said he has seen many people come alive by this kind of interaction and realized any animal that is suffering is denying a human being a healing opportunity. On the converse, it has also been found that animals are very emotional and will feel the emotions of their owners. It has been observed how some animals have succumbed to great stress sometimes leading to death, rejection of food, or association when their owners have either died or traveled away from them. This has been also stressful for those in close contact with such animals.

The bottom line, human beings were meant to live in harmony with the rest of the animals and all of creation for the betterment of human life, not just for food but also for mental and emotional health. Caring for animals is caring for humanity was Jayesh Saini’s parting short, saying he has several breeds of dogs and cats in his own home. he said he loves to do nature trails as watching the animals does not only help him relax but also almost always gets ideas on how to tackle issues just by observing how the animals do their thing. He indicated how he has seen his family take time with animals when there are stressful things happening and the end result has always been a more relaxed person.
